Norman, retired admiral, Thursday as re-elected chairman of the Pensacola Chapter of the American Red Cross. Tom Reynolds was re-named vice chairman.

Members of the Pensacola Red Cross Chapter hold their annual election at a noon luncheon at Martine's Restaurant. Magruder H. Tuttle, chief of Naval Air Basic Training. Tuttle spoke of "Keeping Pace With Space" and cited the Navy's role in space exploration and the need for the Red Cross to prepare for its probable responsibility in the Space Age.
